Nuvasive loses Neurovision and is flipping out

    Nuvasive lost its lawsuit and has to fork out $60 million in damages as well as lost the right to use the word "NeuroVision" in 2011:

    Nuvasive is appealing that Federal Court ruling and just accused the Judge of ''not knowing the law''.....and ''showing hostility to Nuvasive's Counsel in front of the Jury'':

    No it isn't.

    Nuvasive is currently appealing the ruling in 2011. Just accused the Judge of not knowing the law. Current event....

    They didn't lose the technology, just the name. They can put a new sticker on the machine and go about business as usual.

    .........After paying $60 million PLUS whatever the other company claims as copyright damages after the last ruling until the new one.
