    Amylin never invested sufficiently in Symlin. Poured money into Byetta/son of Byetta, de-prioritized Symlin, did ED partnership. Seems that Steve and Tom were victims rather than perpetrators.

    Steve is at Halozyme, not Affymax. He left Affy when thier drug got into trouble.
