I came here understanding we were under a CIA which is why the bonuses would be subpar and promised they would get better once the penalty is lifted in November. I would like to experience a nice Oncology bonus just like several of my friends who work for other Onc companies. I went for the bait(higher salary) only to discover the bonus is so bad, I'm actually making less than I was in another speciality not to mention the money they hold back. Oncology appears to be premium at every other company.....what is going on?
To make up for the industry's worst bonus compensation plan, retention. Make this is a place people want to stay instead of a resting place until something better comes along...
