I was recently contacted by a recruiter for an open position. I am currently in 'big pharma' and can not wait to get out. Can some one please be honest and tell me what the culture is like here? I have been calling on cardiologists and access is terrible. Is it any better calling on pulmonologists? Is this an office based sell or hospital sell? Thank you in advance for honest feedback.
This is a great place to work. You're expected produce, but are typically rewarded for it. As with any sales job, you're manager makes or breaks it. There have been several promotions lately that have left open territories. Which territory are you looking at?
