What was corporate thinking when they changed the insurance for the employees making it so expensive? This is ridiculous!
I could not agree more. I went to the doctor with my son yesterday and it hit me - does anyone even care? I heard a co-worker tell me they had to alter their medication because what they needed and what worked was not available to them. Now that sucks
What was corporate thinking? WTF do you think they were thinking? They were thinking what they always think: How can WE (corporate executives) increase the value of our stock holdings. Since we are a "self-insured" company, the extra money goes into the profitability of the company...thereby raising the stock value. So what if someone can no longer afford the medications that work. We can always replace an employee who dies with another lower-paid employee.
