You do realize it takes abou $150-175 dollars to make one given many are now made in Mexico etc? still an 80ish perecent gross margin(hospital gross margins are in the 6% range TOPS) So, what business would you rather be in? YOur reps still make 3-times what a CVT does who works his/her ass off on their feet 10-12 hours a day(as you pick up lunch or scan your inventory) Given there are no decided advantages to one over the other, surprised your gouging of hospitals for years has not made this a $600 product? Why have reps when there is nothing to really sell, oh thats right, gotta sell those futures and quasi clincal apps. Stent business is as exciting as the gowns and gloves business.
