Of course! In the current climate who wouldn't be "working" tomorrow and the next day!! Do not burn a vacation day now, that's just not smart! It's all in how you define a "work day"!
totally agree! do not burn up a vacation day. that will be paid out if you are let go during the "restructure". by the way, if let go then are we entitled to get our vacation and sick leave paid?
I'm working. Sitting around only makes time drag. It's about the patients, not us right now. We still have a job to do and it's best to keep doing it well.

I worked yesterday and I will work today. I'm not sure how you can sit around and take other people's money without doing your job. It's theft actually. It's called personal integrity which you clearly don't possess. Good luck at your next job.

But you have it wrong. It's not that Amgen cares about me, it's that I care about me. I care about my personal integrity, ethics, and professionalism. And I think that's what separates a good person from a bad person. I'm really sick of all of the get overs. Who do you think you are fooling? Not Amgen, they know some people do what you do, but they also know that eventually you will be gone and someone who has a work ethic will take your place. Didn't your parents teach you right from wrong?
