How many more months are you going to take to hire a new rep in ATL? We and many other offices in ATL have been without a rep now for way too long! The manager is too busy to take our numerous calls and then we find out she's at a company meeting instead of hiring a new rep! We are going to have to give up your product line and will never bring it back if you're going to allow your manager to take so long to hire and them train a new rep! Sorry we ever bought into your product line.
There are a couple of other product lines you should consider at this point. If nothing else you won't have to deal with the unprofessional and childish behavior of the SM manager. She's notorious for her many antics and let's just say encounters with customers. I doubt she will be with the company much longer. I know she's looking to get out so she can have time to start a relationship that's not with a doctor or employee.
It takes time to find the right person. Calm down. You're obviously a past employee who probably got fired.
I realize it takes time to find a good rep, but that does not excuse the manager from just ignoring attempts to reach her. So surprised she turned out to be such a liability to our business! Help Allergan if you can!
