Kinda makes you wonder why some people can perform such a poor and ineffective job in upper management only to be hired again by another company desiring their expertise ??? Do these companies not investigate their potential managers background?
Not really. Many of the top echelon positions are gained by the prospective candidates slipping bribes in one form or another to be selected. As long as they understand how to play the game they are selected. Why bother with competence? All of the skilled managers and investors took a look at the company story and financials and walked away either knowing they could do better or not wanting to deal with the frustration.
