My, a new spot to post thoughts about RS Medical.

Let's start it off right with the recent Corporate Integrity Agreement RS Medical had to sign with the OIG: www.oig.hhs.gov/fraud/cia/agreements/RS_Medical_04162013.pdf

Is this a great company, or is it gasping for air?

Are the reps thrilled with their commissions, or are they dusting off their resumes and seeking other work?

Is there support for reps in the field?

Are their products worthy, or worthless?

How is that Bionicare device working out?

RS Medical reps, please tell us how you really feel about your future here.

If you absolutely believe this, then show your support of John and RSM by identifying yourself!

I agree. Why not be proud of where you work and who you work for...Cowards...Hiding behind false statements (ie, #1 in the Pacific Northwest) and false promises. I haven't posted before and this will be my last and ONLY. Good luck to those who were thrown away. Better luck to those who have chosen to stay, whatever their reasons. OIG is on a rampage and it's only a matter of time before South Carolina exposes a HUGE problem with unethical billing practices (bill, then ask for supporting docs) and over utilization issues. Glad to be done. I can sleep at night.

Sounds like you have inside knowledge! However, it's always been blatantly obvious that there is more going on there in South Carolina. But beware, whistleblower, if you were part of the mix, even for a while, because your livelihood depended on these unethical practices. Shit rolls downhill. But perhaps they can protect you if you give them the goods. This company has always had unethical practices at the core of their operations: HIPAA violations, Coding manipulation, Documentation Forgeries and Fabrications, Overutilization, Stark and Anti-Kickback pros, Etc. Etc.

Some people left because they knew what was going on, Some were fired because they wouldn't do the dirty work... it was happening throughout the company.

Should we expect an indictment of John Konsin? Maybe Barbara and John should be worried about more than their vacation home.

Great to hear JK just signed a new 5 year contract - he deserves it - along with the handsome riase that came with it...

The same person over and over. -way to go JK-. The few reps who survive do so until the horse they are riding dies underneath them. That loudmouthed Byotch in NYC, MK, finally did get canned for all her misdeeds. She was under investigation for MONTHS..and she was the only one who didn't know about it! They let her go for over a year knowing she was forging and / or submitting orders for equipment she kept at home and never dispensed. I take some solace knowing she is still unemployed over a year later despite her Pres club wins....all she has to do is open her conceited mouth and any interview just ended.

Anyone who has an ounce of brains of marketability left, leaving the "yes-men" and leftovers. They should have sold out when they had the chance to years ago.
