Major Re-Org???

    I have heard from a reliable source the new inventiv reps are being offered pretty high salaries to come over and work on the new expansion.

    Yep. Here we go. When the next realignment happens one of the factors will be "you must reside in your territory". Guess who will be kept? Won't be the direct hires. It will be the Inventiv reps who are required to live in their assigned territories. Many have seen this happen when companies utilized contract and ZS associates for their consulting company.

    That was my thought exactly. That would be the only logical explanation as to why so many people aren't living in their new territories.

    Well I know a few people who have been made offers on the inventiv contact that have maybe 3 years pain experience and no more than
    6 years total being offer over 80k to come on board. Many people that work for the organization make less than that.

    Good! Pay them 80k. Pay what it takes to get good qualified reps with more to offer than well I hovered around 150 on the rank report. Better reps they hire the better our company does which means we all stay employed. Thank you for seeking out and paying talent to help us succeed! I'm excited to work with such tenured and qualified reps. What do you call this years president club winner? Next years contract rep somewhere else. Nature of our business.

    is there a separate presidents club for the contract rep?

    how about "contract rep of the month"?
