Wouldn't dead weight include joint ventures?

Especially DLO. The most odd structure of anything at quest. And from what everyone says, a good old boy network that goes right to Hamlin. We don't make much off of these JVs, so why keep them? Sell them off and make some money and put our own Quest reps there and in Arizona and others.

You know jack sh*t about DLO or JV's for that matter.JV's are the way of the future. Ask yourself, who our or biggest competitors? Local hospitals. DLO has found a way to partner, with the largest health system in Oklahoma, to create a high quality, profitable organization that touches the lives of thousands of Oklahomans each day.
Lastly, and hopefully this doesn't discredit my post, but go f#ck yourself.

Your closing doesn't discredit your post but it does confirm that you are one of the young gun Quest reps.

Quest has to purchase relationships which funnel work to them because they don't have a sales organization that can win new customers. They have more attrition than the new business can compensate.
