It seems like things have gone down hill so quickly. What happened? I know there has been a management change, but it seems like people are preparing for the worst.
Reps are tired of the micromanagers, different plan of action every quarter, upper management mismanagement,no bonus, lies, lies, and more lies and to top it off having PDI with their unrealistic call plans, budget changes and concur not working. Is that enough to see ship sinking.
I can understand your frustration, but it seems that this type of chaos exists in every workplace. To bad. I thought this company was different.
The doctors are becoming quite weary of our plans. Vivus failed from the beginning with the poor execution of home delivery and the retail launch was the 2nd worst blunder of launch and now they finish it off with co-pay cards that are outdated, do not work in majority of pharmacies and an evoucher program that just adds to the confusion. Last but not least Qsymia is not available at Mom and Pop local pharmacies. Reps are jumping ship. Look at the New York area- the majority of reps have left and they were making the majority of bonus.
I figured things would get better with the previous leadership leaving. I guess not. Hopefully things will improve.
What happened? Where do we begin. Lets see the beginning doesn't matter what matters is 75 reps were screwed out of a bonus when company paid themselves for not making forecast but forgot about the reps. The reps have all decided to basically work as hard for them as they work for us! Dumpster diving for this stock!!!!!!
