Have an interview with Strativa in south Florida in a couple of days. Been reading some of the negative posts. I work for a great company making about 65k. Is Strativa worth leaving my current job? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks ahead of time
If you are working for a "great" company why would you even consider leaving? You must be a complete moron. Stay as far away from this place as you can. It is like the titanic. Your career will only digress from here. You have been warned.
Over half the sales force will not get paid on Nascobal for the 2nd qtr in a row and 4/5 of the managers will not hit goal again. Moral? not so good..
Got an offer to work for strativa and they said starting salary is an industry average. I am making 49k in a marketing job and they offered me 40k.....that sounds really low compared to what i have seen from other pharma jobs. is the bonus payout worth leaving for? like, how realistic is it to achieve? I'd appreciate the good bad and ugly feedback. thanks
absolutely hands down the worst company to work for. Don't be fooled by anyone at this shithole. They will bleed the life out of you and hang you to dry. You have been warned
Worst company ever and I'm being kind. Upper management has no idea what there doing and the DM's are just clueless robots. They recycle the same shit over and over again with no original thought. Even if you were unemployed do not come anywhere near this company.
