I was just hired 2 weeks ago with a Feb 17 start date. I was wondering what training consists of and what to expect at product launch in Orlando. Also does this company require having a roommate at trainings and National meetings? Thanks in advance
Initial training class consisted of two weeks of home study with daily webinars online and product tests daily. First regional meeting there were no roommates. When you get your Orlando meeting registration invite, click on the daily agenda tab. This has been a high caliber onboarding so far. Everyone wants you to succeed and you are given the foundation and tools to do so.
i'm a new hire too - mar. 1 start date. what do the daily webinars consist of? are they live or can you log on whenever you want? any info on training appreciated. thx in advance
Wow that's a pleasant surprise at my last company ( big Pharma) we had roommates for National meetings, trainings, launches and even one night district meetings.
It was in the beginning. Since then, how much turnover. My district has had about 6 DMs in ten years. About 4 Regional Directors and 4 National Sales Managers...why the turnover? A class act...you be the judge.
There is an assessment on Pennsaid, and the new medication. Be forewarned. You need to get an 85% or above to pass
The tests are open book and untimed. Read the material thoroughly and you'll have nothing to stress over.
Sure hope the food is better than the last POA meeting. They served the same chicken dish for lunch and dinner 3 days in a row. Even heard upper mgmt complaining by the 3rd day of retread meals.
