I love watching the stock tank. And even if it hikes up a few points, the value has been SHIT for a long time.

 

Hey, it's a serious job JD has.

It's not easy to take a company from thriving to unmotivated and bitter in less than 3 years.

And, he makes over 350k to do so. Next time you are scammed on your paycheck, remember how much JD cares about you, and what he "earns" for a living!

I read somewhere that is was more like 600k, if you count bonuses and stock options. Maybe I am wrong. Maybe I didn't understand what I was reading. Therefore, maybe i should be promoted to regional manager.

Of course, that didn't stop him from firing all the sales reps who also had to suffer through the same down economy.

I own Antech stock and I have lost thousands of dollars but somehow I am deriving pleasure from seeing the stock continue to go down. Weird, i know, but true.

And your pay scales are correct when you factor in stocks, etc.

Why is the word SHAREHOLDERS forced down your throats so much from Sr. Mgmt?
These douchebags don't care about ANYTHING but collecting their paychecks.
It sucks to wake up every day and work for such a corrupt group, who lies and masks their mission statement with "helping animals".
Maybe helping animals and vets used to apply, but it doesn't anymore. It's ALL about their $$$$.

JD and SR do not care what the peons that work for the company think. If you think anyone is going to risk their job trying to point out the flaws with the company's master plan, then you are truly naive. The unemployment line is littered with people who have made that mistake.

 

Where is our leadership? How many new lows does the stock have to hit before JD and 'management' does something...ANYTHING.....?

The silence (other than the usual ramblings and reiteration of unrealistic sales goals) is deafening.

I hope they read these boards. I hope they know how hard we are laughing at them....

 

Hey.....the stock is down because the entire market is down.....and besides, the economy has been very bad the past three years. Those are the reasons. Of course the sales reps cannot cite those reasons. The sales reps are told "that is no excuse." Because you are only a lowly sales rep.

There must be something else going on behind the scenes that we don't know about. How can a company president keep his job in light of such poor performance? Oh wait.....I know....it's the sales reps' fault.

I mean, Mr. or Ms. sales rep, it is YOUR fault that a $10,000 per month hospital that is sending everything they possibly can into Antech, including tons of EDP's and Pre-ops and UA's, is not increasing their numbers.

If you were any good, you would be out there at night....spreading rat poison all around the neighborhoods surrounding your hospitals. Now THAT would raise the numbers, don't you think? Obviously, you are one of the inferior reps! Quit belly-aching......you douche!

You MUST be a favorite at Antech, because you are realllllly f'ing stupid. Thanks for that little sentence though. I'm sure people care about what you think.

To intelligent reps: Don't vent to these f'ing douchebags. They WANT you to come to them with your realistic and intelligent observations, so they can target you later.

They are wreckless sociopaths, so who cares if they read this? It's not like they absorb anything based on common sense or truth.

I see that you all work in the upper tiers of Antech. I graduated college in 2012, and I just got a job in distribution in Lake Success, NY. I stain samples and coverslip them, and get them packaged to pathologists. I'm a low rung on the totem pole. It's hard work, and they expect speed and accuracy. One day it was snowing and icy last week, and I couldn't come in because my car was totally iced over and stuck, and my supervisor gave me such an attitude, telling me that everyone else came to work, where was I? (I asked others, and that was not true). Also, another day I had training on these high tech computers, on my day off nonetheless, and the lady training us was an hour late. I had something planned later in the day but had to leave the training early, and my supervisor was pissed off. Well, it's not my fault she was an hour late. Anyways, it has not been a good start to my first month of employment, and I don't know how long I am going to stay.

The histotechs and many other staff seem very unhappy, and we get too much work that I had to stay until 3 am and midnight.
If you have experiences working in the laboratory, I'd like to hear your take on this. Thanks!

 

Wow you guys have it pretty bad...usually there's a couple of kiss asses that come on and say how everyone is just complaining but all of you seem to be on the same page. Haven't heard one thing good about this company. Gotta love Cafepharma....the only place you can hear the truth.
