Two long time pain management reps are set to hit the door in the next several weeks. These two are very savvy and are firing KC before the fecal matter hits the fan!

Smart of them. I love the people that I work with. I like all the managers. I like my products.
I'm just concerned with the spin-off. If I find something that sounds more stable I may have to jump on it. Although I'd like to be stay here, I'm just not comfortable with everything.

KC will go on without me. I'm not concerned as I'm sure they're not either. It's normal business. People separate from the company all the time so nothing is a shock and everyone is replaceable.

I have nothing bad to say about this place and those that go trashing the company really need to step back and look at things from a different perspective.

I'd like to stay, but at the end of the day I need to do whatever it may take to protect my future. It's easier to find a job when you have a job.

    falling apart

We are losing respect in the market place with customers. They view our company from a corporate stance that we do not have our act together.
    Whats new right!!!!

    Re: falling apart

Are they just now coming to that conclusion. KC Healthcare has been dysfunctional since they put Bauer, Amat, Parks and Lowery in charge!

The swine are at the trough again making millions off their stock options while we poor suckers suffer through another year without a raise! Falk, Bauer, Gottung and Abernathy have no shame and these idiots are going to be directing the divesiture of the healthcare sector.

No one wants this pile of sh…t. All of the old timers will retire. What a good book this will make the demise of company. Thats what incompetent upper management will do.

I guess everyone made home after the "sales" meeting. I was worried that some made get arrested for DUIKC (Driving under the influence of the KC Kool-Aid). There was quiet a crowd sucking from the Corporate Punch Bowl... What I really enjoyed were the "cow pies" that Abernathy was laying down about the new company and the endless new products that were trotted.

No need to tell me to leave, a cushy job making $150K, short hours and shorter on some thing new for the customer.............. Have a nice weekend, my work is on days that start with the letter T.......Opp, it's Tuesday!!
