The FDMs were one of the few remaining links back to the people oriented culture we had at Berlex; and Bayer has finally eliminated their role. A few months back several long time former Berlex FSDs were also eliminated. There are just a few remaining people from Berlex days left and most are in managed markets. The new leadership consists of a bunch of blood sucking jackals that lead by fear, ignorance and numerous layoffs, right sizing, downsizing and whatever the term of the month is for screwing your people. Be glad if you are not part of this mess.
