    Buys business with EMR donations---Plus
    Kickbacks, buying business-----------Plus
    OIG investigation----------------------Plus
    Abbott lawsuit re copyright infring---Plus
    Lawsuits re missed Dx----------------Plus

    Let us know why else they are called Plus !
