How could they hire him with this track record? Why would anyone want to work for him?

 

Beyond dysfunctional! He is the worst person I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Reps will leave once they see his true colors.

 

How many has he lost in his first month? I'm a gambling man and odds are 20% in the first month and 50% turnover in 6 months and I'll bet an RM quits next. He's such a fabulous leader!

 

DAMN!!! Lilly/Ventiv clearly did not do their job in background checks on this guy. How in the hell did BH get a gig to be a director and lead the entire team! This is truly unreal, I am sure once people see his true colors they will depart, too soon for anyone to know the real him at this juncture. Ventiv needs someone to check into this guys past!

 

Unbelievable! I actually feel sorry for whoever ends up working for him.

 

His rep googled him at serono and found him plastered all over the Internet as a realtor and he was fired under pressure by the team for having a second Job. The same will happen there. Why doesn't he just focus on selling homes? He's a greedy bastard. Bet he won't use his company fax line for his realtor job he's learned his lesson there. His behavior was always so shady. In hindsight it is obvious he had another job. Wish we had googled him earlier
