"Not a good fit"

I'm tired of this "not a good fit" excuse to let go of agn legacy. This is crap. Amazing top performer reps have been let go for no reason. It is clear legacy skm mgt has it out for legacy agn TMs and I've had enough!

I thought that this would stop with the changes at the top.... Clearly not.

Hubert - please take a look into your managers and ADs! They are shady to say the least and if anyone isn't a good fit it is them. They are bullies. the terror and fear we endure everyday is ridiculous... And it really is because we are agn TMs. Skm mgrs aren't happy with the changes and they let us know everyday and take it out on us. Skm mgr shoved skinmedica down our throats and had zero perspective and didn't care to listen to other ideas or the way agn does things. They lived by their own rules in this last year and didn't care about corp directives. We are told to do quid pro quo and "pretend it's not". I've never seen managers lie so much in my entire career and play favorites to skm legacy and torture agn legacy. If anyone else said anything good about a agn legacy tm to our ad or rm, the good comments were never acknowledged and treatment towards us got worse.

Take a look at the turnover rate and reasoning. Not one skm legacy let go for "not a good fit"... But agn legacy- all let go for "not a good fit". It's not right. Skm mgt is not on board with agn.

This is what's happening!!!! Skm mgrs have zero respect for agn and are ruining he company. It's about time some accountability was put on these RMs and ADs!

 

Are you serious? SM managers are ruling the Allergan culture? How does that happen? Sound like SM bought Allergan Not the opposite. You let that happen? Who's the problem I ask!?

I was A SKM rep and grew my territory leaps and bounds yet was let go because I wasn't a fit either. Please, I had the worst manager ever that was a tirade and made my life miserable for no good reason, I even thought that he was my friend, he obviously had something to prove. It was a horrible, toxic environment. I am so glad that I am gone. I am happy and loving what I do now. Respect and having a good manager is key to success with any company. If your manager is out to get you, you are not safe and will probably be forced to leave or will get let go. SKM has always run the show. Please fire a few more senior leadership including EB and maybe everything will be ok. If you work for an AG manager you are happy and if you work for a SKM manager, you are miserable. The company sucks!!!!!

I agree, good things do happen to good people. If you happen to be the lucky one to get fired from SKM than definitely that is a good thing. No one should be subjected to such abuse. Please, someone fire me and put me out to pasture!!!

 

It's make up people. EXPENSIVE make up that does NOT WORK! If it did 10% of what you have been brainwashed into thinking, Alergan/SM would be the largest company in the world! It's bullshit products sold with bullshit marketing by idiot reps who couldn't handle real Pharma science.

 

Wrong again moron. Everyone that works at SKM came from big pharma. The only difference is that they were sold a bill of crap to come work for them. This job is too hard for pharma reps to handle. It truly is a sales job where you actually sell and not pharma where you only detail.
If you ever work for SKM than you will truly know what it is like to sell. It is an unethical, cut throat, and totally stressful environment with no work, life, balance. Run my dear friend from this horrible environment. I would love to sell back in the pharma world!!!!

 

Staffed by Pharma reps who were all fired or demoted. Aka Pharma rejects from top to bottom. It's a terrible company environment and I personally hope we sell out and maybe I can get a severance!!

 

Where's my package?!? I dealt with shit with this company.... Loving some of the changes but until my rsm is gone I'd prefer a package too. Just waiting to see the changes this year and hoping my rsm will be one of the changes! I think agn is a great company with great people but I can't stand SKM culture and philosophy.

 

You sell shit products in expensive packaging! You're only hope of survival at Valeant is if they sell your line of crap to another company. Maybe Ringling Bros would like to have SM products! SM is living proof of the old saying "there's a sucker born every minute"!

 

That's the truth! RSM's are a joke here too.

 

Doesn't really matter, if the takeover happens, all SKM reps will most likely lose their position.

This is so ridiculous! So her obsession with work prevents her from keeping any kind of a relationship going so she turned to Internet dating/prostitution? No self respect and no regard for what's really important is going to result in constant hurt from failed relationships that she jumps into full Monty on first dates before recognizing the men on dating sites are predators. Ultimately leading to a mid to late life of extreme loneliness of her own doing! Too bad! My husband and I really liked her once upon a time.
