Already left and thank God I did! 300 reps and 50 RBMs is destined for a layoff. Especially with Zorvolex tanking the way it is. They will reduce to 20 RBMs and 90-100 reps by the end of the year at the latest. And those who are retained will have HUGE territories. Start looking now!

Thanks for your posts directly from the most recent executive committee meeting. It's helpful to have such informed people providing us accurate information. Really helps keep everyone sharp and focused.

Dodge the bullet last year. Interviewed for a DM position ... they talk about the Iroko tree being so strong and resilient. Glad a I dodged that bullet! Looks like the tree burning to ashes.

Start interviewing folks ... there are opportunities for those that want to work and not just coast.

Iroko is a "want to be" that never will. I hope they had a short lease on that building.

You are right. But what did you think?? That I would position you uptown around Walnut or Market St? Of course this area is a shit hole... That's why your opportunity is there to work and earn. Promise with strong effort, you'd be over 100k a year

I love my iroko purple pen and the jacket they gave me. I wear it with pride and write in my journal with the unique pen.

this is the best contract I have been on....and I have been on many, management is very supportive and responsive to the field needs of the Reps...very positive launch..yes there have been some mistakes but they are being addressed..Iroko is much more agile than "big pharma"
