Got a interview w/Hologic (Novasure, Myosure, and Adiana) for the entry Associate role. Any intel on this company? Company culture? Hows Sales Force is treated? Main factors that drive the industry (ie managed care, etc)?

I've read a lot of negative things on here. Does anybody like working for this company?

I love working for Hologic. Most (if not all) of my co-workers seem pretty happy too.

I interviewed for this company a while ago and did my research through the gyn docs I call on. The manager who interviewed me was so arrogant I knew I did not want to work for him. He was actually clueless as I mentioned that Novasure would do much better as an in office procedure and his response was it will never leave the OR. I wonder how he ever got to that position.

Just my two cents on the topic. Started not too long ago in the GYN division and have NOT enjoyed it in the least. Ive had years of medical device experience with two other companies, and I must say Hologic culture is not where you want to be if u want a long term career or even a slight hint of work-life balance. weekly conference calls, weekly forecasting, quarterly quotas, hit your number or get fired in 2 quarters mentality, and no development beyond the initial training. Also, the $170 at plan that they sell u is a little unrealistic. Proof? Only 40% of reps hit above quota during the last quota period. That means 60% of the salesforce "failed" to do the "minimum" and is on thin ice. Looking elsewhere...
