The biggest ass kissers go to the front of the line and if you've ever been negatively marked by one of them, you'll never win no matter how great your numbers are. They make the decision based on "other" measurements.

Way to many District Managers with this company. They are breathing down our necks. This job is not hard and they make it more difficult for us since we are constantly dealing with them. Ride a longs are a drag and they are with us to often.
