Veterans Affairs is getting criticism from Congress over the XLIF surgical failures killing off the Veterans...so the VA/GAO's passing the buck on the Nuvasive reps in the operating room placing leads on patients and getting their hands into the surgeries. Nothing's going to come from it...they're just trying to "Save Face" and put on a show that they are doing something...nothings gonna change.

Where the hell did you see anything about NuVasive or XLIF in this article? It mentions different types of implants (i.e. bone grafts, pacemakers, etc.) but does not mention a specific company or procedure.
