I can't help but to post my experience here in the hopes that just one person sees it and passes on accepting a position with this company. Complete disaster. No clue how the implant market in the US operates, they have a management team that would make a Popeyes Fried Chicken branch look like geniuses. I have never even imagined that people like this actually exist, let alone are trying to run a healthcare company. Stay far away from this train wreck, real far.
It sounds like you probably do/did work there. If that is the case, and you knew to post here now, you probably also knew to check here before. There is a legacy of bad management, unpaid commissions, high rep turnover, etc at this company- all of which are very detailed on this site. I can only guess that you were under dire circumstances when you accepted the position and hoped for the best- but they lived down to your expectations, which is unfortunate. I wish you the best in your search for a new employer- there are a lot of good ones out there. With the current management and executive team in the US- this just isn't one of them.
Unfortunately I did not know about this site until after I was hired. I was shocked after I read the posts. I knew I had made a very serious error and my experience soon verified it. An example of systemic immorality and lies within an organization.
Very bad people who have no concern for the law. They will not pay you your commissions, your base pay is paid once a month- that's if the CEO is around to "sign the checks". I guess they have never heard of a payroll service. Needless to say besides having terrible products, and 1950's marketing, the company is run by incompetents. Unless your unemployment is running out and you haven't found something yet there is no need to work for this company.
This is by far the worst company in the dental field. Let's break it down. Terribly complex outdated implant system with no competitive or clinical advantage ESL, brain damaged "VP of Sales" who has the logic and analytical skills of a chimp. A marketing manager who literally never worked in the dental field, An owner who doesn't speak English, has never marketed a product to dentists and has trouble meeting his payroll. Sign me up.

As funny as that is, it sounds like something that would happen over there. Promote the guy that doesn't work. I should have stayed, I'd be CEO, alas, real companies with real futures call.
