Hello All! Can anyone provide information on what the workload is like at Incyte? Particularly in R&D. I hear it is very very busy and I was asked on my phone interview about what my availability was to work weekends. This question has stuck in my mind and makes me question if I should even interview. I need to know there is an appropriate work/life balance. Any information would be helpful!! Thanks so much!
