I am a rep and have lost over 42 lbs by taking Qsymia at standard doses (thankyou for all those savers cards - never paid more than $75.00) and a 12 hour ORIGINAL (has to be an original - not generic) 12 hour Claritin-D every morning. I forgot to tell you. I have done this in 60 days. I don't tell the doc-n-box NP weight loss clinic that I go to that I take the Claritin-d for fear that she will not prescribe. Hope that helps.

A case study of one carries a lot weight with docs!

Case study of one posted here. Thousands of success stories and positive case studies already reported with the only failures being those who did not try to modify any element of their lifestyle at all. Gotta love those who hate.... Hope you have a good day.

OP here. This thing (with my modification) is literally LIFE CHANGING! It wasn't meant for docs. its meant for you. I don't even tell the NP who prescribes it to me. Literally Life Changing. See, I always needed to believe in what I sold. Just thought I would pass that along. Hope it helps.

Bottom line is there are no unintended side effects or cost to eating healthier and getting regular exercise for 95% of people with a weight problem. Go look at any research done by anyone other than a pharma company trying to create a market. Trust me in 3-5 years people on this drug will begin to have heart problems and other side effects and the lawyers will eat Vivus for lunch.

You are so smart that the FDA should hire you. Phentermine has been out for over 50 years and Topamax for over 10 years with over 10million scripts written. So I wonder why all of a sudden patients are going to have heart problems in 3-5 years? Oh by the way Qsymia isn't a 5HT receptor drug, which causes heart problems, like Belviq, Redux. Meridia or fenfluramine. So no I won't trust you because it's obvious to me that you don't know what the heck you are talking about but the FDA needs people like you!

OP here. You just don't understand. Used to run 10 miles a day. But shin splints never let me run again. tried everything. My guess, excessive weight. Eating healthy? try a bottle of wine every night. Its a cycle of pain. guess what, I could have a cocky attitude like u now that I am taking the magic pills. Why? because with these pills its so easy... sure just eat healthy and exercise and oh ya ... no alcohol. Well, No problem. I haven't even wanted carbs. Mostly salmon and broccoli or salads. Not a drop of alcohol. Told a doc friend "hey, lets start running together." don't get on your high horse about " no unintended side effects or cost to eating healthier and getting regular exercise for 95% of people with a weight problem" Its just not that easy.
    and..

Trust me or just look around (not in the mirror, Im sure your a rock) There is plenty of market there already and in 3-5 years they will have their own health problems. I know that I was started to get pre-diabetes.

Read the post again dumb ass. I said 95% of people will do just fine with lifestyle modifications. That means there are always exceptions to everything.Stop you f...king whining.

You are a dumbass. Ask the docs they will tell you.

No you are the dumbass that is just repeating what someone told him or he read about another drug. Most of my docs aren't concerned about the safety AT ALL. Go read the article in the American Journal of Cardiology that talks about the cardio metabolic risk factor improvements that Qsymia offers. It was studied with pts who had MI's, angina and coronary artery disease so I don't think I'm the dumbass. Do your homework little boy!

I wonder if you could help - I recently used the 14 day free trial - now I want to get the remainder 14 pills filled & they're telling me $79 - I know the other coupon is $75 for 30 but do I have to pay $79 for 14 pills or go back to the doctor & try to get a new prescription for 30 so I can use the coupon... I'm totally confused - I get prescriptions filled at Walgreens

You need a 30 day script. Walgreens tends to be most expensive. Try the clubs or the Matt's for lower price than Walgr---
