Urge all the previous and current pathologists who still work in Genoptix under threat and stress: don't be intimidated by this individual, silently collect evidence of medical fraud that may or have already resulted in patient damage, detailed patient information, and report to medical board and medical society directly. Don't ever discuss these issues intra-departmentally. These people are on the same boat. You will be soon framed (by lying and fabricating that you missed diagnoses, by lying some clients' unhappy mood, etc.), retaliated, kicked out or forced out.
