Listen I've worked here for years and just collect a nice paycheck with minimal work while focusing on other ventures. If you're smart this is how you treat this

Sr DM here: Your attitude is your problem. Management will take care of you IF you : come in early, work late, exceed all your goals, report slackers making fake calls to your DM, perform favors to your DM, take the initiative and volunteer to actually make calls on Saturday (to HMOs and such). I know this works. I made DM and P club in three years. You have NO CHANCE to survive if you are in the 35% of reps who are faking calls and studying porn on your iPad. Remember....the job you save may be your own. Liaten to Brent and the rest of HR and you can be a great success in the new company !

Well said. And most importantly, take ALL your vacations, personal and sick days. Do not ever go without free time so you can line the pockets of these highway bandits. Remember, work less, play more and collect your paycheck.

 

I find this dispicable. Reps must work harder and longer to save the company. Management will take care of you. I am a DM and would fire any Rep who posted this.
