Terrible. Everything is outdated, infrastructure is terrible. We are finally getting off XP and Office 2003. The VPN has a meltdown if more than a handful of people try to use it. They won't spend money on anything.
What!? You haven’t got a clue about IT, we just got rid of Office 03 and moving everyone to 2010 along with some other major upgrades. I have worked at a hand full of companies and they all have their growing pains, but Covance is trying to do the right thing here. John Repko wasn’t any help to anyone either (good riddance), which is a big reason IT took such a bad rap. No with him gone things are getting better.
