Glad I made the right decision. Not impressed by wayne what a rude looser. If you are being blued skied into going to this company. Stay away and do not waste your time. Horrible horrible culture. The Gods were on my side...

For the record, don't be upset just because you weren't hired....organization is killer and you know it.

 

FYI, there has been little to no turnover. Check your facts first.

There hasn't been 100% turnover, but I'm sure if all the reps who are looking elsewhere got offers, there would be. Just a matter of time...

A culture with wayne's personality only hurts this company rude, deceiving, not trustworthy

 

In the last week alone, I have received calls from reps all over the country trying to figure out how it was even possible that they would give so many candidates faulty information about the earning potential. It can't be out of ignorance, which makes it that much worse. They say the avg rep makes $172k. I would love to know where that info comes from. You have people coming from great device companies where they made anywhere from $140-250k easily. A lot of people will struggle to make $130k.

 

If you people spent less time wearing tin foil hats and seeing "conspiracies" that do not exist...and spent more time owning your performance, you'd have a chance to make great money here. The cause of your failures is staring back at each of you in the mirror.

So the August 12th meeting in Chicago is supposed to be chock full of evaluations, POVs, and more micromanaging... Way to double down, leadership. You must have made a mistake on all the top talent you said you've hired.

 

Yeah right, maybe they should fire all the "top talent" and get back to focusing on us....the people who could never get a job outside of oxford. Just be happy you have job.
