Junior rep worth it?

Hey all. Thinking about taking a step back in base (about 30k) for one of these Junior rep positions with a chance to get my own territory with huge commissions. How long will it take if I crush it? What's the average Junior rep making and Senior rep?

can we get an update how the ship is doing - still sinking or still swimming right now? noticed they are still growing pretty good and good revenues, any verification on this ?
