So, the anti-trust suits are settled but whatever became of the sales reps' whistleblower lawsuit? I haven’t heard much after they were unsealed last year. http://www.fiercepharma.com/story/warner-whistleblowers-claim-kickbacks-arm-twisting-and-fakery-oh-my/2013-03-12
Shocked that more about this isn't on here. Every lawyer in Boston has been accounted for with the Warner Chilcott case. Hopefully employees are being fourth right so upper management is held accountable for the demands they passed down. Reps were driven into the ground by their bosses and lived in fear of being fired.
was upper mgmt fired for this? who took the hit? there was great mgmt. and hope they didn't get the heat.. this doesn't stem from mgmt or upper mgmt- its the owers
Have you read the lawsuit? The civil suit spells out exactly what happened. Reps being threatened, management passing down orders, and says in suit all came from the top.
