Yes it may be part of their job, but give the reps in the field the benefit of the doubt. Let them decide how many of these programs, emails and other excess stuff is needed for each individual doc/office. After all who knows their clients better? Believe the mangers name is Mark. By all accounts is a big time micro manager with the personality of paint drying on a wall.

 

Yes manager in ny is mark. Hired because reps in district had a big problem with the internal candidate thank you Mike for listening to us.

 

BMS has taken over. ML not respected at all. He will be demoted again during the next realignment. He is hiring all his BMS cronies because he will be begging for a job soon.

 

Please let that happen. ML is a very nice guy, talks way too fast to undertand sometimes, but is so into the Kool aid its sickening. Use all your tools etc... lets face it this is a 10 year old drug, still growing despite managed care and 90 percent of the docs know how to use it. But killing them with programs and the webex stuff is a turn off to some. That and the overkill with Career Trees! Its great for some, but for others who dont want to rise and shine for Japan just let them do their thing!

Yes he is the DM , nice guy a bit of a Kool aid drinker but has a metric driven RD who is off the wall with useless things for his managers and reps to do . And he talks so fast nobody understands him .

I've met that RD and yeah a decent guy but the reps I. Know say he is crazy with metric stuff . To the point he won't accept the reality of the Pharma world that managed care dictates and samples are needed more than the silly classes, text books, other promotional junk he thinks helps drive sales!
