I am thinking of coming back to Acclarent..I keep hearing big changes were recently made but all I can gather is that there has been quota reductions... What about morale? I hear all states are getting associates and they will be covering our cases...true or false?
True, they will be covering your cases, and then taking your job 12 months later for 130k per year. This is quickly becoming the signature JNJ move. Just think about it, they made this exact play over at Ethicon.
Has this already happened at Acclarent? I heard this is now the standard for Ethicon to fill available positions with lower paid associates. But why would We need so many associates to cover cases I was always able to cover most? Has things changed that much or is it just desperate times to make sure competition doesnt sneak in?
