Why does anyone even try to compete with Straumann?

I am currently a grad student and we predominantly place Straumann; with all of their clinical research and top of the line technology, why would I even want to consider using another system after I graduate?

Btw, Straumann is non - existant in my area. I doubt anyone is afraid, or will be in 3 years once those peri-blow outs come roaring to a local specialist office near you. Anyone interested in a titanium brush???

 

You're a "grad student"??? WTF is that in the dental world? You aren't going for your master's degree.

If you really are a DOCTOR and in residency it is great when you get whatever products you need provided for you in your closet. It is a whole nother ballgame when you have to actually PAY for your surgical products. Those $400 implants and parts add up really quickly and cut directly into your bottom line.

But keep drinking the ITI koolaid....

I have watched it. Freaking stupid. As are you if you believe everything ID throws a spin on. Most implants have a fair amount of success behind them, shocker I know, but now days if you do more than just get someone to buy something from you, they'll pay extra for it. Pull your heads out of your asses and do more than sell on price and you can show the value behind YOU and not your shitty cloned implants.
