Run from this dog of a company . Low base, lousy IC and low car allowance. Take it if you have been laid off otherwise keeping looking!
Do you know specific numbers on base and IC? what is the highest you can make in both as a sales rep? Also, why run from this company? Just because they don't pay well or are there cultural and management issues? Thanks.
Both, base pay low ,ic has been made into pharma model,Management has brought in several big pharma cast offs.
