Yes he is still training! And Lextron would be smart to keep him. He could do a lot more for a company when he is able to do what he does best, without having to walk the MM or JR line! He was also a really good Regional mgr. He worked WITH you, and "said what he meant and meant what he said"!!! When it was DH and JS the company stood a chance!
I agree, you always knew where Dave was coming from when he was a regional mgr., and he didn't say one thing to your face and then something different to the bosses. CF and LB have constantly taken shots at the guy, like his seminars are worthless, but at least he actually tries to train people. I hope things work out for Dave, he's a nice guy and seems genuine.
LB has the Regional mgr job BECAUSE of DH. They both worked for Penn Vet. And if CF and LB are taking shots at Dave..then why do they keep having him to the regional meetings?? Shows what kind of self serving jerks LB and CF are. They have him come and do the meetings then talk about him like two teenage girls!!! AAGGHH!
From what I have always understood, MM always made LB and CF have DH at their regional meetings. CF and LB always roll their eyes and make smartass remarks about his training meetings, and that is fact. If you disagree with this, then you have never really talked to either one of them about DH and what they honestly think of him. Same thing goes for how they feel about BB and GR on the inside, you'll get an earful.
No-this a blog, and we're not pretending to like anyone that we are blogging about. Nor are we shaking their hand and patting them on the back and acting like buddies. Dave's a good person. Very straightforward,honest and fair. But the others well, they are not!
If you are new to this site then you will click on any of these links they all are negitive. I am sure there is truth in all of them but sometimes there are two sides to the story. Most (not all) of these posters with the companies are either X employees or just not happy with anything. You know the type you give them a $100 bill and they find something wrong with it. All I can say is make your own judgement. There are alot of good people within all these companies. You will find out real quick who you can trust. (not the ones on here telling you people are crooked, takes one to know one if you catch my drift).
