This company seems to be increasing their sales force. Do they have good products? Can they compete? Anyone know if you can make money at this company on the Imaging side of the house?
Scil is a horrible place to work...they are simply replacing all the sales folks they fired after a couple of months. Ask HR what the employee retention rate is... L.O.L.
Ask them why they brought in a 3rd party HR person to get to the bottom of why morale is so low and turnover so high.
Scil is by far the worst company in the market. Being unemployed would be better than working at Scil. They destroy careers because they make you think it's a normal company. Then you realize it's bad beyond words and are stuck with an employment gap, or you can stay and hate life, but only if you produce at president's club levels just to keep your job. We would laugh as people join, then had their first Oh S*%& moment. Yes, it really is that bad. No matter how desperate you are, you'll regret taking the job. They are only hiring because the previous person was fired or got the heck out of there. Seriously, I never even dreamed that a place could be this bad. Seeing other reps complain is amusing to me, you guys have no idea how bad a company can really be.
any feedback on this company? I have a phone screen tomorrow. Salary, car, expense info? Not looking good from what I've seen on the little amount of activity on this board regarding this company
I have been working for scil for quite some time now. I have been treated very fairly and am enjoying working for the company. People who work hard are rewarded...tops in the industry! My experience has been that people who complain are not the ones that work hard. You never hear from the people that are happy...just the few that are upset. Hard work pays off!!!
what about for brand new orthopedic division? I am interviewing and it sounds promising. I am coming from a bad company so I do not need that. But I will work hard to earn the money!
As long as you work hard and ramp up quickly, no problems with this company... Can make some money with hard work.
I had to laugh when I saw $150k on indeed for comp for DFW imaging position...have fun w that Sean Meister is a real treat.ask how many people make that who aren't managers. Answer .. Zero point Zero
