Two-a- days in the morning. 8 mile marches every afternoon, and rock climbing in the early evening! It's rugged, and only the strong survive. Get in shape first!

Worked there several years ago. Training was being thrown to be the wolves. If you survived you were good, if you couldn't handle it, you will die.
Everett tries to be a 'big pharma' type of company without all the perks. From what I hear today, pay is meager, it's decent like 70-80k year total. No company car. Typical route salesman job of dropping off samples and collects signatures. Everything is computerized and tune stamped so they know where you are basically all day. Could be a good 'starter' pharma job but room for growth is limited. You'll be 'carrying a bag' forever. VP of Sales can be a ball buster from what I hear. Power trip like you wouldn't believe. You're basically pushing prescription vitamins with ZERO scientific studies behind it. They're trying to come out with a medical device now which is failing in it's pre-launch phases...overall I'd take this job out of desperation or as a resume buffer...

And that range of salary is from current reps. A new hire it's probably much lower.

Also, apologize for the typos above. It's time-stamped not tune stamped

Glad I didn't get the offer after reading this.
I can see how strange it is, to promote products with no clinical backing.
Still, 70-80k is still a decent job.

70-80K total after 5 plus years? For a 'speciality' position...it's very low actually and the more tenure reps at Everett aren't that much higher maybe 80-90K after 10 years, zero room for growth into other roles/positions.

70-80 k what are you smoking new hires might make 60k total comp, base plus bonus. Starting base is 45-50k and only a max of 11k bonus. Don't believe the bs hiring managers are trying to sell you. If with company 15-20 years you might be lucky making 80-85 total comp. Under paid, under appreciated, over worked, find something else, and be happy when you do.

The previous post is yet another example of a frustrated Avion rep on this board. You can always count on them for their profound insight. The good news is that you can always go back to the Gold's Gym or Hooters that you came from.

Not Avion rep, x-everett rep that left on my own. Everyone at the company talks smack about how bad the company and management is but no one wants to say anything, come on open up and blast that mess of a company. Lets have some fun.

It is long. I think they could cut it down for anyone who has experience. Some people came from selling fish at a pet store vs. someone who has worked in this field for a few years.
