Good questions for your recruiter or the hiring manager. You know you're not likely to get a straight answer here. Apply.
Yes, always trust your recruiter and not people who work for the company. That being said, this company is for the unemployed or those trying to get to a position in a real pharma company. Entry level position
Yes, the opportunity for a 30 second stand up pharma call is something every intelligent and motivated salesperson dreams of.
I have a buddy that works at myriad and he is making $300 grand a year, can't be that bad of a company. And their stock price keeps going up??
My recruiter told me I would make 200K the first year and that they would soon be offering company cars. Told me this was the place to be! This company must rock with the average rep making 150 to 200 a year. I cant wait for the interview with some talented managers
This is a great post! My buddy told me he is making 400K a year and that they will be paying 600.00 a month for car allowance. This has to be a great place to be with the stock price going up and all. Love when recruiters jump on the boards and post garbage. Ok, the pay is below industry average, without a car, or allowance, and large territories.
You must have meant senior management....or maybe you were trying yo tell us how senior management is having senior moments....either way- those of us with Myriad completely get it
Is this a good job to have? Can 1st year reps realistically make 200k? Do you have a call average per day like basic pharma? I know that a car is not an option, but is it accurate that they are thinking of bringing on fleet cars in the near future? Do you come out on top with the 55cents per mile?
i didn't think the test has any (or not much) reimbursement. for the first year at least they were basically giving it away - not sure if that changed or not. i checked the last earnings report and saw that ALL non-hereditary tests accounted for 3% of the gross revenue. So if you joined urology you'd be on one of three products accounting for that 3%. you'd have to ask yourself if that's a good position to put yourself into - good luck!
Yes, because I'm sure your "in the know" when it comes to senior management. Most likely your just some punk who can't compete with your peers.
