All we hear is that there is nothing until 2018. And then what happens in 2018? Rebif is tanking and there are no products in the pipeline so I a not sure what senior leadership is talking about.

Let us all have positive thoughts:

Early to bed; early to rise; makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.

Every cloud has a silver lining.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

It is always darkest before the dawn.

The light at the end of the tunnel is probably not an approaching freight terrain.

Rebif is tanking? I thought the new team had that all set, and those of us who left for MS or neurology competitors were wrong to leave. What gives?

My gut tells me that they are waiting til some "monetary breaking point" before laying the hammer. There's no way they can keep up the spending without revenue. So many people are already mentally "checked out'.

I just love seeing the people who left find it amusing to send crap messages to their former colleagues. We are screwed... You are right. You got out.. That is great. The bottom line is there are people who are dealing with serious financial loss due to a company unwilling to adjust quotas...unrealistic quotas. The field is taking the beating for internal decisions long ago that put Rebif in the situation it is in right now. We have to increase calls but marketing can shit out the same tired campaign that never worked. They are not held accountable for ignoring the market. Medical did nothing for years. No studies, no collaboration with thought leaders. Now they all want to be in the offices every week. No one wants to see hq people either, not now. No one wants to hear about stupid studies that make no impact what's so ever in the market.
To those who want to laugh at us who did not leave, I hope you never experience what we are right now. This is a career, not a childish game. It's not funny.....

All MS companies are now dealing with increased micro management and HQ people that are useless wanting to gain access to accounts. Serono MS is over and has been for years. The orals may be easier to sell but the same issues are everywhere. Don't you think it would be smart spending your days trying to find a new job instead of trying to see "no-see" physicians? I spent 2 months, 35 hours a week and I got out but ended up in the same pile of Sh*t just a different company. Answer just 1 question. If you are still at Serono in 6 months, will you accept the blame for your unwillingness to make a move?

Great point! I think we all know its a big mess! And we have to look outside of MS to leave Serono, so that is what we should do... Just sux having to give up because of poor management..
