If you are a hard working rep, they are still not going to pay you whatever they quote as the 'average'. Target is supposed to 85K if you are at 100%. Currently as a division we might be around 78% in both products. so.......you can work really hard but you are still not getting paid out. WHC will work it out so that you don't really make that bonus they make look so good on paper. Which is why we have a mass exodus in this division.

Not entirely true. You only get the real payout if you are at 100% of quota. 3 reps in nation might be close or at for the time being? There are some payout tables that start at 50% of quota but it isn't a true 50% of 85K..... do not be fooled by what looks like big dollars. no one is making the numbers or even 50%. Right now the 50% is of 50%.

There is a mass exodus in this division because the bonus situation is not a good one. Top that off with some crazy pharma micromanagement? For a procedure that upper management doesn't even begin to understand. There are so many moving parts. Recently, there were well over 20 vacancies in this division which should say everything. If this was a great environment, people would be begging to get in. Not the case. One recent new hire left the position in less than a month.

Mirena was a success because you advertised it. Not because its a gifted sales force. Relax everyone. 75% of this current sales force can't move Essure business because they are not good, period. Conceptus experienced double digit Essure growth year after year from 2006-2012 with just 80 reps. That's a fact.

Wow! And if you sell one. And then you sell two. That's a triple digit increase!!! WOW!!!!

That's funny! I was thinking the same thing when I read that feed. It's so easy to say your growing a product when you start at zero!

Mirena was success because we all were passionate about unintended pregnancy! Yasmin is what lead Bayer to purchase Berlex. We never had advertisement. Mirena is a leader for unindedided pregnancy. Forcing permanate sterilization on anyone younger then 40 is a niche market. Nice product but industry leader…no way. Yasmin was a difficult sell against leaders in the OC market, but we made it a standard in the market place as well with Mirena.

What if we simply used our energy focusing on what stimulated all that growth in the first place, applied it to the other verticals and helped our colleagues emulate it by applying a collaborative effort with the strengths of both pharma and device and made the collective effort more inclusive and engaging?

Because you idiot levosert is pending and then we are left with Essure and Erin Brockovich! How can we lead the market with such an over priced product. Doctors without equipment, and an over inflated purchase 1.2 billion $ women's healthcare is doomed. And the training was very inadequate, 25 cases??? Also I don't think reps know the difference between a hystroscope and an endoscope! If I spelled it wrong, it's because we were never trained.
