The Southeast Manager on the Acne side needs to be removed ASAP or this company loses a lot of good people

Are you kidding? This company loves loosing good people. Just ask the Northeast. Half their team in less than a year.

 

So what, he's right. The best people here dont stick around long unless they are mentally defective

 

I disagree, if you look at it objectively we are retaining a lot of good people and many of the managers who they added in the last two years are actually very good people who care about their reps and care about growing the company. It is actually starting to work. Things are changing for the better and the people just going out there and doing the minimum to get by should wake up, if they want to keep their jobs. it is becoming clearer and clearer who the better players are on both sides of the sales teams. Finally, yes there are a couple of bad managers on both sides, but for the most part we have some good ones too, let's call it like it is.

It's true, there are good people and managers but it didn't just happen though. Stupid decisions cost a lot of great reps and managers their jobs or demoralized them enough to make them leave.
