Do you think Tornier will be purchased by S&N?

Probably not. They are next to get purchased, and just launched a new shoulder. I could see Stryker buying both Tornier and SNN. Stryker just bought SBI. Tornier would give them upper extremity, SNN would give them more US market share, EU market share, and inversion.

Not a chance. Tornier only made 250 mill. Multiply that and that doesn't even move the needle for anyone. M&A is about moving the needle, Also there's not enough lipstick & glass slippers to put on that pig. Especially with a inferior podiatry "me too" products. Especially with the millions lost on the T "tryrant"R watch and his layers of ex-WM & Stryker DM's & RM's. And with the original investors already selling all their stock, what's left? Nothing.

If any company was interested and peeked behind curtain they would see the issues and probably know they would lose 50% of sales force, as soon as the acquire Tornier, because of the bullying and overlord type management that reigns.

After Q4 reports comes, just open bag of jiffy pop and watch the stock fall like meteor, and management play the hot potatoe blame game, and blame the sales force.

Now that you guys have merged with Wright, you guys can buy S&N's ortho division. That should work well, them headquartered in Memphis and all. Not to mention, S&N is distroying that business. It's just too bad their ortho business is all mixed up with the endo and sports med
