It's going to continue to get worse until they clear out the poor 1st Line Management. The likes of Steven King and James Straza need to be cleansed from the organization. Until then, we are all going to continue to suffer in the Central Region.

James is still here bc he has his strengths. It's NOT PEOPLE SKILLS OR ABILITY TO BOND WITH OR MANAGE BUT.... He is smart clinically and an effective teacher when not judgemental.... He has his good side but... He is insecure and not aware that he would be exponentially more effective in any role if he had confidence thus didn't mis-manage so ineffectivley where he has become a large part of the turnover problem. If those in charge can see where his brilliance is best utilized than it will be a win win for the company. This is not James writing, I am a person who worked for him at a point in his and my career and fortunate to see the good and brilliant side he is insecure of. Bottom line... I feel for everyone who has been hurt, left, frustrated with the job as a result of working for or with him. I get it..... So..... If the board is listeneing.... Share this feedback with him and find a place that matches his strengths. Oh.... Only give him the benefit of the doubt if he is humbled and willing to see the error of his ways.

I have had a terrible experience as a new rep at this company. I left my past company as a top sales rep only to come here and to be abused, mistreated, and threatened by certain people in leadership roles. I would suggest anyone considering this company to be smart and look the other way. No amount of 'tweeking' leadership will help the dysfunction that this organization has. It's toxic and unhealthy. Move on. Your future health is worth it!

We are moving in the right direction, we just need to get rid of the pharma and thermo managers and we will be ready for 2015

And hire 3 new RVPs with true leadership experience especially James. How can we continue with him and his ego in this company is beyond me.

Being a Pharma or thermo manager has nothing to do with the complete lack of leadership and dysfunction of this company. Rod, Scott and the 3 idiot RVPs got us into this mess. Who do you think all the Rds get their direction from you idiot.

Listen asshole, I don't have a pharma or a thermo manager as a boss, my boss is great but I hear these clowns are terrible. My boss gets the same direction and will add value and leadership for me. I hear nothing but horrible feedback from reps that have either inherited or were hired by these people....so chill out loser
