To whom it may concern: The numbers don't lie Somethings not right Everyone's leaving You people need to start seeing the light! Everyone's quitting No one gets fired Rumor has it Phil's getting tired Their strategies don't work And neither do we Instead we fake lunches And rag on LP Once upon a time We used to care Before HD and his minions ran our soles bare High decile docs and sales force.com That's the answer I tell ya! Said no one ever... To be fair, We all make mistakes Letting BH and TL leave Now That takes the cake! Labcorp won't buy us We aren't worth a shit For now my job is safe Because everyone quits We are going broke And burning through cash What do directors, managers and sae's have in common? They all just sit on their ass High paying jobs All going to waste On people who like The way Phil's d!(k tastes That's all for now I've heard the bell Please share where you go And help us all out of this hell Love, What's left of the sales team
Well if you put that much effort into reach and frequency as you did this poem you might be hitting your numbers.
Who says I'm not making my #...and at the top of the food chain? Wake up. What kind of company has reps above 100% leaving on their own, because they can't stand the direction from above. Reps are interviewing-trying to get out....It is a fact. The new reps are worried and figuring it out quickly... High decile, IMS targets. Really? How ignorant. The turnover is starting to make the lab reps wonder also. We don't look so great. RSMs who don't have enough faith to stick around because they can't stomach the reality day to day of what this company has become. The area directors & VP didn't show any respect to the RSMs and they're the ones who knew how to sell the test! That's sad. Managers who actually care about their people, cared about this company and who know this test saves lives. Gone now. RSM of the year 2013 now wants to leave???? How telling is that. I wish this wasn't the case...but this many people shouldn't be worried.
I am newer to the company and actually like the job. the culture has me worried though. Seriously. All the people that know the business are leaving. The new leadership is repeating messaging like they are robots. Why??? I recently learned both were never in the field and have never even sold the test!!!! How can they tell us how to sell, they've never sold the test!
If TL is leaving, not a good sign. The guy liked the test and at one point the company more than anyone around.
TL and many others loved the test and the company. Many contributed for years just 4-5 years ago it was really an exciting mission we took on. It was a team effort. People respected each other. The Managers and Reps liked each other not just within a region. We had a killer growing company that had a great product and we had emotional equity. it wasn't easy but it was rewarding. It is a tuff job market and I feel bad for new hires. Not too bad because I researched the heck out of Liposcience before joining the company. Today LipoScience would not make the cut. This is a no win job now.
