It has been 2 years from the last one, there are two things that you do to boost earnings: take a price increase/ and downsize the sales force. Hum mm.

 

It's been 11 months since the last layoff...you must not have been around if you think it was 2 years ago!

 

Yes, disappointing, but it's a "for profit" company. They make decisions based on financial reasons, not personal. Chin up. There are jobs out there. Update your resume and contact Head Hunters.

 

They pick and choose who they want to keep and layoff the rest. This company is the most unethical I ever worked for. There is a light at the end of this that leads to much bigger and better things. That's how I dealt with this, getting a job in biotech smoking the salary here.
