What is next?

Things are looking up (insert smile) as they cannot get much worse. How much more can one sales force endure? Great products, not sure what senior leadership is doing besides running the business into the ground. Very sad to see as I have never worked with such smart clinicians that are passionate about what they do (insert frown).
